Poem Competition

I felt nervous before saying my poem to the class because I don't do it much in my life. I felt happy after saying my poem because I remembered my poem. I think I was awesome reciting my poem because it made me feel happy.

Persuasive Writing

We are learning to write a persuasive piece of writing to try and convince the reader our opinion. I can come up with reasons why you should buy this broken toy. It was easy to come up with an reasons because I tried my best.

 

Art

My favourite step of doing this artwork was looking at the trees because it was fun looking at the leaves. I love my artwork because its not all smudged up.

 

Nga Tae

We are learning to communicate about physical characteristics in Te Reo Maori. I can identify same Maori colours. I enjoyed learning about Maori colours because I could learn something new and it was fun.

Instruction Writing

I was learning to write instructions. I can write my instructions  in variety of verbs in my writing. I like my monster soup recipe because you could use your imagination.

Feelings Art

This term we have been learning all about emotions. We watched the movie inside out. We did some artwork about feelings and characters from the movie. I love my art work because it is funny

I was learning to describe the setting. I can use descriptive words to describe the setting. It was easy because you could see all of the stuff in the picture.

Sea Week Art

I leaning to blend colours using paint. My favourite part of doing this art work was panting. I love this artwork because I liked the shades.

Swimming

My favaurite part of our Swimming lessen is free time. I find it tricky to go the other way when we do a whirlpool. I love swimming because I can do a flip in the water.
